Review: Fair Game by Monica Murphy

Fair Game Banner

SYNOPSIS:Fair Game

When your boyfriend bets YOU in a poker game, you better know when to run…

Bad enough Jade Frost’s boyfriend drags her to a boring poker game. Even worse that he actually threw her into the betting pot during an intense round…and lost. Talk about the perfect excuse for Jade to make him her ex-boyfriend.

Now she supposedly belongs to the ultra rich, extremely gorgeous Shep Prescott. He could have anything he wants yet he seems to be in hot pursuit of her. No matter how rude, how snarky, how impossible she acts, it doesn’t stop him. More like her horrible behavior seems to make him want her more.

When she finds herself starting to fall for him, Jade’s confused. There’s more to Shep than the carefree rich charmer he portrays. No way could he want a serious relationship with her…or could he?

REVIEW:

*Book Received in Exchange for Honest Opinion/Review*

I didn’t think I could love Monica Murphy more…but then she comes out with Fair Game and it blew me away. Sexy, sultry, intriguing and will leave you begging for more, five-f*cking stars for Fair Game! This book was amazing, I couldn’t put it down and when I finally stopped at 65% at 2:00am, Shep Prescott taunted my dreams like the delicious book boyfriend he is. Seriously, I could was hook. I was an original fan of the One Week Girlfriend series but move aside because Shep just came into first place book boyfriend!

Shep and Jade have a tantalizing chemistry and I loved there banter and bickering, they have such a wicked dance they play and I was hooked. Monica gets into the college lifestyle and sets it up perfectly, and trust me I would know seeing as I finished college last year. The partying, the craziness, its all there and perfectly portrayed. The book was seriously phenomenal, I can’t nit-pick anything because when you know, you know. I loved how fast they fall and I don’t want to say anything more than bring on book 2!
