REVIEW:
This book was such a refreshing read for the New Adult genre. Normally, these books revolve around a love triangle or some personal struggle and this is the first book I have read where the problem resolves around twins.I am an only child and it was interesting to see the competition and how different two siblings, let alone twins, can be. I loved how there was constant arguing and the parents firmly believing that there children were perfect.
I loved how complicated West’s life was and although I thought that West and Abby moved fast (2 weeks) I guess that is really how it is for some college students when you fall head over heels in love, it happens fast, quick and without a chance to pause and second guess yourself. I liked how West and Abby met and how they both chose to keep secrets from each other, until a point when you can’t keep lying.After reading this book I concluded that Annika is a crazy b*tch, I love West, and Abby is finally growing a pair! This was a great read, I enjoyed it and already have book 2 (It Was Me) on my Kindle, anxiously awaiting me! Anna Cruise is one h*ll of an author and I can’t wait to see where Abby and West’s story goes from here!
