Review: As Long As You Love Me by Ann Aguirre
SYNOPSIS:

REVIEW:
Alright, I don’t really know where to start with this book or how I feel about it. It has been about a week since I completed my ARC, the book doesn’t actually release till September 30, 2014, and I am still feeling rather meh about the story. I want to like this book, and I knew I wanted to read it the instant I saw the cover. The story and the plot just didn’t do it for me. It wasn’t a terrible book there was just no meat to entice me and make me want to continue reading. There was no drama, and let me elaborate on this.
Lauren strikes me as kinda slutty, she messed up at school and basically drops out and comes home. Lauren has had a crush on Rob for ever and suddenly Rob ditches his girlfriend and essentially admits he has wanted Lauren for a long time, yada yada, you get the idea. Now my problem was that there was no huge drama. There was a mild fight between Lauren and Rob’s ex, but then they become best friends and actually roommates at one point? It just was not a believe-able story. So in the end I finished the book, I didn’t love it but I didn’t hate it, it was just okay for me.
