SYNOPSIS:

REVIEW:
This book was wonderful, amazing, and everything I ever wanted in a Young Adult book. I devoured this book, couldn’t go to sleep till I finished it and knew the ending. At 50% in everything is awkward and adorable, you realize that Jess’s mistakes and punishment are almost her saving grace. At 63% I am so angry I want throw the book across the room. I can’t even remember the last time I was that angry at a fictional character.
At 93% I was gutted, an absolute sobbing mess. I was crying for Wilf, I was crying Jess, and I was crying for Flynn. Who knew I would become so emotionally attached to a 75 year old grumpy man. I fell in love with these characters, they are really well developed complete with a thick history and a hopeful future. There was really nothing I didn’t love about this book, it was captivating and enthralling, can’t wait to read more from this author.
