REVIEW:
Okay, we all know I am one to judge a book by its cover. When I first got recommended this book I was hesitant, the cover was meh to me. Then I started the book because damn who doesn’t love some angels vs. demons? OH MY GOD, it blew me away! HOW DID I NOT KNOW THIS WONDERFUL WORLD EXISTED?! I could have been diving into this fantastic fantasy years ago!!! It is seriously amazing, I cannot say enough for how phenomenal this book is!
The characters are complex and layered, the locations are enchanting and exotic, the pain in my heart at that epic ending is almost too much to bear. It hurts, my heart hurts, their are tears in my eyes. This book was so freakin’ amazing! The story is action packed and I wanted to know more, all the time. I honestly didn’t want to stop listening to it. I had questions that needed answers, and answers I got…some I didn’t want. I loved the names and diversity of this book, I have never come across anything like this, it is completely unique to the market. Such a rich and fulfilling story, can’t wait to get my hands on book 2.
