Review: Locked by Ella Frank & Brooke Blaine
“ACE LOCKE JETS OFF TO SIN CITY WITH MYSTERY MAN”
Sorry, ladies—and fellas—Hollywood’s hottest action star, Ace Locke, is officially off the market!
The man on Locke’s arm has been identified as Dylan Prescott, the sexy new “it” model currently featured in the latest Calvin Klein ads. Sources tell TNZ the men met on the set of Locke’s upcoming action film Insurrection 2, and that “they only have eyes for each other.”
This is the first public gay relationship for Locke, who came out a year ago, and there has been much speculation on who would finally be the one to catch his eye.
According to multiple eyewitnesses, Locke whisked Prescott away on his private jet for a romantic weekend at Syn, the most exclusive hotel on the Las Vegas Strip. After pictures recently surfaced of the new couple, affectionately named PresLocke, it appears from the possessive way Locke keeps his new beau close that things are heating up.
The world is watching #PresLocke, and we’ll be sure to keep you up to date on this budding relationship!
Ace and Dylan’s story continues in Book Two of the Bestselling PresLocke Series.
REVIEW:
Hello newest obsession. I am absolutely in love with this series, and can we first take a moment to admire the beautiful bicep porn in the cover. *dramatic pause* Okay, this story is emotionally gripping, filled with plenty of highs and lows…but through it all, Ace and Dylan’s relationship remains rock solid.
I don’t even know where to begin this review, the plot line had so many unexpected twists and turns that I was left reeling from it. Some delightful twists include the reveal of who Zorro was and honestly I. WILL. NEVER. GET. OVER. THIS. Seriously, just thinking about this chapter has my face turn 10 shades of tomato. Not to mention, when Dylan takes Ace to meet his parents, oh how I truly adored these wonderful hippies. Those chapters had me laughing out loud and my heart feeling so full, I thought it might burst.
But throughout all the good, there was some rotten and that rotten was named Brenda. I don’t wanna spoil anything but Brooke and Ella can truly write a h*ll of a character because this woman got so far under my skin there were moments when I wanted to throw my Kindle across the room. My hatred for the woman was rivaling my hatred for Umbridge, and that’s saying something!
Over the course of the story, Dylan and Ace tackle some hard truths and fall even more in love. Seriously, I was endlessly swooning from all the tender heartfelt moments these two shared. They are just so adorable and so in love. Their sexual chemistry was off the charts in this story and I love how it seems that both of these men are coming into their own. The secondary characters added so much personality and allowed for a glimpse into what formed the men we see today. Just a fantastic book about falling in love in the limelight.
