REVIEW:
The perfect conclusion to a steamy, dreamy romance. This novel really gave Halo and Viper the closure on loose ends and insecurities, as well as, solidified their future together. And if I am being honest, I love that Ella and Brooke end series with books so full of love it seems tangible.
This novel was Viper and Halo finally confessing their feelings, taking back their narrative, and sailing off into their HEA. Viper works through some lingering insecurities and Halo finally gets his moment in the spotlight. These two steamed up the pages with some sizzling sex scenes but also had me clutching my Kindle to my chest and sighing from the tender, heartfelt declarations of love. Viper and Halo are just perfect for each other and this story had me endlessly swooning.
Viper meets Halo’s family and this scene had my heart swelling with happiness. I think Viper finally found the instantaneous acceptance and love he had been searching for. There were just so many cute scenes where actions spoke so much louder than words. They not only spoke of their love but showed it and I couldn’t get enough! And the ending, well let’s just say that this is only the beginning of their ride off into the sunset.
But the novel was about so much more than just Viper and Halo. This story also was about the band finding their moment to shine. They work out how everything will be, find a new manager, begin their tour, and the friendships between these men had me smiling nonstop. They just seamlessly played off of each other and worked together as if they had been together for years instead of months. But the best part was the hinted feelings between Killian and the new manager, cue the squee-ing!
