Review: All I Want for Christmas…Is My Sister’s Boyfriend by Brooke Blaine & Ella Frank

SYNOPSIS:

Some people want their two front teeth or a hippopotamus for Christmas.
Not me. That would be too clichéd.
Then again, I never thought I’d stoop to sitting on Santa’s lap and asking him to bring me a boyfriend, either. In my defense, though, the man of my dreams had just knocked me into a store display ten minutes prior, so I wasn’t exactly thinking straight.
Hah, but when did I ever.

I never thought I’d see Mr. Tall, Dark, and Handsome again, but it looked like fate—or Santa—had other plans when I ran into him the following night. Seemed like I might be getting my Christmas wish after all, right? Right.

So imagine my surprise when I showed up at my parents’ house for the holidays, only to find out that my sister had asked Santa for the exact same thing I did—and he’d delivered early.
Yep, my sister scored herself a handsome new boyfriend, and he’s absolutely perfect. He’s charming, my parents love him, and even Lucifer the demon cat tolerates him.
Oh, did I mention he also happens to be my dream guy? The one who’s supposed to be under my tree?
Yeah. Merry freakin’ Christmas to me. Someone pass the hot buttered rum.

REVIEW:

Okay, I know it’s no where near Christmas time but I wanted something cute, sweet, and different and this story hit the mark for me on all three of those things. Miles and Aiden are absolutely adorable together, from their meet-cute to their undeniable chemistry, these two were as steamy as they were endearing. It was the type of feel good story I was looking for.

I loved how the whole story between Miles and Aiden is ‘fate’. These two keep running into each other, both literally and figuratively. Add in what appears to be a meddlesome Santa and some overprotective family and things get a little chaotic. But the good kind of chaos that has you laughing out loud and shaking your head. Their tender moments had my heart soaring while their steamy moments had me blushing. But the ending is what really had me grinning from ear to ear as only Brooke Blaine and Ella Frank can. It was exactly what I wanted in a light-hearted Christmas romance, and one I can definitely see myself reading every year around the holidays.
