This series is an absolute delight and is quickly becoming my favorite Cora Rose series. His Prince is when we finally see Angel get his HEA…well as happy as it is going to get in the mafia. And also shout out to Cora who didn’t make me wait five books to read about Angel, I loathe when authors do that to a fan favorite character.
What took me by absolute surprise this story was how strong Angel was, the man was constantly underestimated and rose to any challenge. He is simply a force to be reckoned with, a tiny hurricane of happiness. Mikhail was not who he seemed and I loved how these two became enemies in a way. Mikhail had to work for forgiveness and Angel had to find a way to live in the wasteland marriage he signed up for. But the story was not all doom and gloom.
Bane appears and starts finding hidden tunnels, and well hidden everything because the man is a menace. Then there is Diablo and his threats and casual bloodshed had me cackling with glee. But also Angel is absolute diabolic and essentially turns Mikhail’s entire team against him. The entire story was a delight. I was grinning and loved how everything played out. Every time a new character was introduced I was trying to figure out who was next to find love and honestly I can’t wait to see what is next.
